Terms and Conditions for Use of the Tellit App

1. Purpose and Functionality

Tellit is a communication platform intended for use by individual users and by organizations (e.g., homeowner associations or "HOAs") that have entered into a service agreement with Xennesis. The App facilitates communication between registered users and their affiliated organizations.

• The App is available via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• It is not an e-commerce platform or content-hosting service.

2. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

The App and its services are currently available only in the United States. Access to or use of the App outside the U.S. is not permitted.

3. User Registration and Data Use

Individual users may register with the App by providing their name, email address, and phone number. By registering, you consent to receive registration-related communications (e.g., emails or SMS) from the Tellit system. You may delete your account at any time within the App or by contacting legal@xennesis.com.

Xennesis does not sell or resell user data. User data may be made accessible to the organization with which the user is affiliated, including any third parties designated by that organization.

4. Organizational Use

Organizations (such as HOAs) may contract with Xennesis to use Tellit to communicate with their members. Upon contract:

• The organization receives access to configure and manage communications within the App.
• Xennesis may assist in system setup or act as administrator solely on behalf of the organization.
• The organization is solely responsible for content communicated to its users.

All communication from the App may appear from a Tellit-controlled domain (e.g., tellit-service.com), but this is only a delivery mechanism on behalf of the organization.

5. Data Sharing and Communication

When you use the App as an end-user:

• Your contact information may be shared with the organization or its designated third parties for communication purposes.
• You may receive automated or manual emails, SMS messages, or phone calls related to reports, updates, or other communications from the organization.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time. Organizations may also terminate their contract, at which point users affiliated with that organization will no longer receive communications via the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xennesis provides the Tellit system "as-is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its performance or availability. Xennesis is not responsible for the content sent by organizations or any third party on their behalf.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users via the App of any material changes.
