Using the Tellit App on smart phones, individuals you serve can easily and quickly send a report of an item from the list of items you choose. Items reported could include water leaks, lighting failures, over flowing trash, wildlife injuries, etc. if you serve home owners. Other branches will compose their own lists of items. The report is completed in seconds. All reporting is done without the hassle of trying to figure out who to call, contact, or email as routing is done seamlessly behind the scenes via the app.


From the user's perspective, Tellit allows confidential, enhanced reporting with the ability to provide brief description or even add a photo or video. Once sent, the user receives a report number which allows tracking if desired.


From the organization perspective, reports from multiple sources will now be rolled up in one. With Tellit, appropriate officials receive the report(s) of incidents instantly rather than a daily or even weekly roll-up. Once an incident is resolved besides just marking it as complete, photos, videos, or a more detailed description of the resolution results in quicker closures that are more fully understood.

How to download the Tellit mobile application?

Tellit can be downloaded at Google play and the Apple Store respectively.

How to register?

Once you have downloaded Tellit it is simple and intuitive to register. Just

  • click "register" and enter your name, phone number and email
  • enter the PIN validation code sent to your email (look in the spam folder if needed)
  • => you are registered with Tellit
  • now scan the QR code you have received
  • => you are connected to your community (or firm or ...)

Where do I get the QR code from?

To use the full functionality of Tellit and especially be able to send respective reports Tellit needs to know which organization (community, school, etc.) you want to connect to. Therefore an organization which serves you is using Tellit should have given or will give you a QR code to connect. If this was not the case please ask your respective organization.
